Yes, Ignis should set things on fire more. while also having mediocre Ammunition Efficiency. So Ignis has the lowest effective Damage Output of any Gun in the game. yet even then, due to Crits on Weakpoints, Lex will be able to pull itself out of that hole by making it's Crits larger. Ignis has the second lowest Damage Output of any Gun in the game. all 20 are still alive, meaning all 20 still shoot at you. ![]() Tickling 20 Enemies to death just doesn't compare to even just Killing a few of those Enemies at a time. However, this isn't successful due to Punch-Through, other forms of AoE, and rapid fire Weapons. ![]() Ignis is a failed experiment because it tries to compensate for having incredibly low Damage by being able to hit 20 Enemies at a time. ![]() ![]() Yet, that still doesn't even remotely compensate for it. With Sinister Reach and Firestorm (Heavy Caliber if you're a bit crazy - don't want to explain if i don't have to), Ignis can reach some great distances. I definitely wish Ignis functioned like a Flamethrower, rather than a Gas Thrower. ![]()
